Refund Policy Title: Synera Biz - AI Refund Policy Effective Date: 20 MAY 2025 This Refund Policy applies to purchases made for the Synera Service at https://app.synera.space, operated by Synera Biz. IMPORTANT NOTICE: IMPLIED CONSENT By accessing, browsing, or using the Synera Service or purchasing a subscription plan or credits, you confirm that you have read and understood this Refund Policy (https://app.synera.space/policies/refund) and agree to its terms. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not purchase a subscription or credits, and cease using the Service. 1. General No-Refund Policy Synera has a strict no-refund policy. All fees paid for Synera subscription plans and AI credits are generally non-refundable. This includes recurring subscription fees, one-time addon credit purchases, and unused credits/subscription time. 2. Limited Exceptions Synera does not provide refunds for purchases, except in cases of system errors or where required by law. Refunds are considered solely at our discretion under these limited circumstances: System Errors: Where a verifiable technical error directly caused by Synera's systems results in an incorrect charge (e.g., duplicate billing). Required by Law: Where a refund is explicitly mandated by applicable law. Refunds will not be granted for: dissatisfaction, non-usage, early cancellation, changed needs, misunderstandings of the Service/pricing, or account termination due to Terms violation. 3. How to Request a Refund Based on an Exception If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund under the limited exceptions (system error or legally required), you must contact our support team at support@synera.space within seven (7) days of the issue. Provide your account email, transaction details, detailed explanation based on the exceptions, and supporting evidence. 4. Refund Review Process Requests are reviewed individually. Synera's decision is final. We may require additional information. 5. Processing Approved Refunds Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank. 6. Changes to This Policy We may update this policy. Changes are effective upon posting the updated policy at https://app.synera.space/policies/refund with a new "Effective Date".
